These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Light of Ember, including Spirit Connection & Soul Guidance and Energy Healing sessions.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

If you need to make changes to your appointment, please use the cancellation or rescheduling link provided in your confirmation email.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, may result in the session fee being forfeited.

Should unforeseen circumstances arise, please contact Light of Ember as soon as possible and every effort will be made to find a suitable solution.

In the unlikely event that Light of Ember needs to reschedule an appointment due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered an alternative appointment time.
